How to Start
In order to bid, you must first set-up a free user account. It only takes a minute and will give you access to the brands your customers demand. To get started today, simply CLICK HERE to start the registration process.
After completing the user registration, you will be sent a confirmation of successful registration. Click on the link provided in the email to verify and complete your account set up. Mazaadi keeps confidential your contact information. Communication concerning the auction system and bids you’ve placed will be communicated via the email you provide. Please note, you must complete your registration details in my account dashboard before you will be able to bid on auctions.
All new users are required to verify a payment method before bidding. Mazaadi ensures the integrity of the marketplace by only permitting bids from confirmed/legitimate users are accepted. Your credit card will not be charged during the verification process.
In order to locate merchandise, Mazaadi provides several ways to search for the products you desire. You can search by keywords, categories, locations and/or conditions of products you are interested in seeing. Results can be sorted by: packages, condition, quantity, functionality, bid price, or time left. An advanced search is available for even more precision and control.
A bid box (Currency Value Box) is located prominently at the top of each auction page. Enter your bid Value in the box and press “BID NOW”. For your convenience, you can enter the maximum amount you are willing to pay for the lot. The system will automatically input the lowest bid required to make you the top bid for that auction. If no bids have been placed and your bid is higher than the reserve price your bid will be set to the reserve price for that auction.
If you entered your “maximum bid” the first time you bid on an auction you will not need to continuously monitor the auction listing. Our system will auto increment your bids the minimum amount needed to outbid other users up to the maximum bid you have set. Only when your max. bid has been outbid will our system notify you that you will need to enter a new maximum bid if you are still interested in winning that auction. You will also receive email notification if you win a bid. Once a bid is won the auction moves from your “BIDDING” status to “ORDERS” status where it is marked “UNPAID in you My Account Dashboard.
You will receive an email notification when you win an auction. Click on the link provided to be taken to your pending order. You can also access the “ORDERS” section from the “MY ACCOUNT” Dashboard. Select the order you wish to pay for by pressing the “PAY NOW” button. Complete the secure checkout process by selecting your payment method (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Mada or Bank Transfer). Credit card payments will be applied instantly to your order. Bank Wires orders – if applicable to your country – will be marked as “PROCESSING” until payment from your bank is received by us. Users have two (2) working business days to complete payment after winning an auction.
Once payment is confirmed, your order will be prepared for shipment. Typically, orders will ship within 1-2 working business days of payment confirmation. Users can choose to have Mazaadi handle the shipping or arrange shipping themselves. In both cases, Mazaadi posts updates to the “ORDER” page of your account so you can clearly see: when the product is ready for shipment, or an E mail notification will be sent to you about Shipment Ready for Pick up. if the order is shipped via Mazaadi tracking information for the shipment will be shared with the client.
